Meet Your Editor – Rachel Windland
After years of working in the medical field, I realized there was a burning desire to be creative in my heart. With my love of reading great books and the release writing my own stories gave, I decided to take the leap into authorship.
My passion to become an editor didn’t spark until after I returned to college to obtain my bachelor’s degree in English and Writing. After taking a specific class that required me to edit my classmates’ works, I found out just how much I enjoy it! Therefore, Laughing Lily Editing was born.
I am a single mother to one teenage boy, living in the hills of Appalachia. When I’m not editing manuscripts and writing my own stories, I enjoy reading for fun, gardening, cooking, spending time with my family, and traveling to new and familiar places. My Christian faith is important to me and my work in all things are for God’s glory.
